Beer Church Brewing: Reviews & Ratings
We came here for lunch during our annual girls' trip and absolutely loved it! Great food, great atmosphere, and our server, Chloe, is a total doll! If we ever visit New Buffalo again, we will definitely be back!
We first went to Beer Church Brewing waaaaay back when they first opened when it was a church with a bar, some brewing equipment, and some cheese and snacks. We came back today and WOW! What a difference! For the better I will say. The outdoor area is gigantic and seats plenty of people. Which is good because there is a steady of folks coming in to eat or drink. We had brunch and some beers and our food was plentiful and delicious. My bacon was some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Also, get the funeral potatoes, trust me. I had an Oktoberfest and an amber beer and they were both very good. I highly recommend stopping by and getting some fresh cooked food and beer, or just beer. One word of advice: It can get crowded so if you’re bringing a big group (four or more) seating can be an issue. So stop by early. Or see if there’s a lull (given how many people walked in around 1 PM, good luck). Definitely on our list of “must stop” places. And Gerzey our server, thanks for the good service and here’s your mention to help you out. Really, just stop in.
After 25 years in the industry I’ve seen great, good, and bad service. This was top tier Nobu type service, extremely knowledge about menu and all ingredients, patience with 4 moms ordering 4 mimosa flights. We’re new to town but foodies at heart. Flavors and service was everything and more that I could have hoped for. If I was at home I would have definitely tried to poach Lauren S. from here to work for me! What an absolute gem! She has went above and beyond and truly enjoys what she does. What a breath of fresh air!
I recently spent a most wonderful afternoon at the Beer Church. Chili was great with a little spice. Pizza went well with my Czech, Please. The biggest surprise was their assortment of gelato. Service was fantastic; Kelly went out of her way!!! Will be back!
A Wood-Fired Masterpiece The atmosphere here is on another level. Everything they do is unique but still grounded and approachable. The menu itself was exciting—designed like a colorful comic book! The food was incredibly fresh and satisfying; we had the Funghi pizza and the Communion bread. If you love wood-fired pizza and bread, this is a must-visit. To top it off, the service was phenomenal and very friendly.
Came here twice in the same weekend, it's that good. I had the Breakfast of champions pizza. My wife had the carbonara pizza. Both were delicious. Michele with one L was our server and she was awesome. Very attentive and informative. She made it a very welcoming breakfast stop.
Hailey and Mark on the rooftop were on it this morning for brunch. Awesome service and outstanding food too. We had the breakfast pizza, bacon sandwich, and some Blessed Mary’s. Best brunch in town now.
My partner and I split a 12 inch Prosciutto Di Parma pizza and 6 breadsticks with beer cheese. We probably could have done with the 3 breadsticks, they’re massive! All of the food was delicious. Talking beer: I had the Ziggy Star Thistle that had bright citrusy notes, yet maintained a warm nutty/honey flavor. My partner very much enjoyed the Peach Be With You. It was a little too juicy for my taste, but still a good beer for a different day.
